Eric John Reynolds
Eric is a Santa Barbara native and Santa Ynez Valley resident since 2001. He created Stagecoach Co. Wine Tours in 2001 out of his passion for Santa Barbara County wines and his love of travel. He has innovated an experience that has been the highlight of tens of thousands of travelers and has created an industry that serves the community by supporting the local economy, keeping the roads safe, and providing memorable experiences. He has over 30 years of creative entrepreneurship, and marketing experience throughout Santa Barbara County within the service and tourism industry. Eric opened the very first Wine Bar in the Santa Ynez Valley and successfully managed it for three years before selling it. He has served on the board of SYV visitors Association and has a vested interested in promoting the SY Valley. He is very excited about the future of Santa Barbara Wine Country. He is a definite foodie and enjoys cooking, art, traveling, and photography!
Tyler found his passion for wine while attending UCSB and visiting the wineries and tasting rooms in the Santa Ynez Valley in the early 90’s. He became a partner in Stagecoach Co. in 2010 after six years of guiding tours for the company. He has helped maintain Stagecoach Co.’s position as the leader in the industry and works to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilizing his computer and graphics background Tyler has continued to grow the company’s infrastructure by implementing technology and social media into it’s strategy. He loves to drink, collect, and share Santa Barbara wines while relaxing in the evenings with his family and friends. Interests in tourism and promoting this area lead him to serve on Visit Santa Barbara’s Board of Directors from 2013-2016. He is deeply involved in the education of his children serving on the elementary school’s PTA Executive Board for 5 consecutive years, he serves as Vice-Chair of the School Site Council, and he is the founder and Co-Chair of the Gifted and Advanced Learning Parent Advisory Committee. Tyler has passed his first level of certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. He enjoy’s blind tastings and wine industry events and food pairing.
Kelly was the first tour host in Santa Ynez Valley to complete the first level certification of the Court of Master Sommeliers. She set the trend that is raising the bar in Santa Barbara wine country and is currently working on her advanced certificate. Kelly has a passion for the Santa Ynez Valley. She is an avid runner who has qualified for the Boston Marathon seven times, and has run it three times. She loves animals and has the best pet/house sitting service in the valley. This is the perfect place for her interests. She is extremely knowledgable with ten plus years as a tour host. She is local expert in Santa Barbara County wine industry. She also enjoy weekly blind tastings with friends to hone her skills in preparation for her next Somm exam. Tom has been hosting tours since 2006. Tom favorite activity, by far, is sharing the magic of the wine country with guests. He also enjoy bicycling, working on his 85 Chevy Monte Carlo, tasting wine and food pairing with friends, baking treats that pair with wine, traveling, reading and learning new things! Claire is a wine lover who has been involved in wine sales and distribution in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties and has her Court of the Masters Level One Sommelier certification. She enjoys traveling to wine destinations such as Washington, the Willamette Valley, and Napa/Sonoma not only to enjoy the wines of the regions but to compete in wine destination races. She’s completed numerous half and full marathons and an Ironman 70.3. Claire has been coming to the Santa Ynez Valley for 14 years, was married in a local winery, and moved permanently to the Valley 3 years ago after living in Redondo Beach California for many years. When she’s not out in the Valley she enjoys playing with her five cats and hanging out with great friends.
Connie’s love of wine brought her to make a home in the Santa Ynez Valley, after years of almost-weekly visits from Santa Barbara. She owned an artisan chocolate and gourmet snack company that supplied handmade goodies to many tasting rooms in the area, and was the face of the Santa Barbara Wine Festival ad campaign in 2015. Her experience working in local tasting rooms and wine bars lends to her knowledge of the industry, wineries, and specialties that make this region such a unique place. When she is not helping to plan your amazing experience, she enjoys writing, editing, and laughing incessantly with her daughter.
Eric (Ozzie) Osmonson
Eric has been in the hospitality industry for most of his life. He holds a level 1 Sommelier Certificate from the International Sommelier Guild. He has been passionate about wine since his early 20s when he had the pleasure of sharing a bottle of 1987 Caymus Special Select with his Food & Beverage Director. That was his Wine wake-up call. Eric has a few serious passions in his life; First, his wife and two sons, Motorcycles, Kings Hockey, Wine (Obviously), Minnesota Vikings, Dodgers and Twins Baseball! He loves sharing his passion with everyone who will listen, making people laugh and enjoying themselves. He has been the Wine Buyer at the oldest family owned and operated store in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley for over six years now and loves getting to work in the mornings!
